Live Criticism

During Stkhlm Art Fair Swedish AICA’s members and guests will also tour and review artworks in a direct meeting with their – and Stkhlm Art Fair’s – audience: the readers of art criticism.

The tours will take place April 7th thru April 10th between 13.30 and 14.00. Assembly at the fair’s info-point outside the entrance to the A-hall

Friday, April 8th: Thomas Olsson, freelance editor & Petter Lindgren poet and critic, Aftonbladet
Saturday, April 9th: Christian Chambert, President, Swedish AICA

Does Swedish Art Criticism exist outside of Stockholm?

The Press and Media preview will take place, Wednesday, April 6, 2005, Stkhlm Art Fair, Älvsjö, South of Stockholm. Directly after the press opening a seminar will be held by the Swedish AICA titled: Does Swedish Art Criticism exist outside of Stockholm? The seminar is an answer to the wish that many members of the association have expressed for initiating a discussion about conditions for art criticism outside larger cities in Sweden.
